When will my order ship?
Unless you placed a pre-order for an item, we ship out order within 2-3 business days after you order is placed. Once your order starts fulfillment, a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier. We will then update your order with the tracking information and send it over to you.
How come the tracking number isn’t working?
If your package just shipped, please allow at least one to two business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.
If I don't love the product(s) I have received, can I return them?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return brand new item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
We offer free and easy returns for all domestic orders over $50 USD. Please contact Customer Service at info@khonsbags.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label.
Do you have a warranty policy?
Yes, we have a 2 Year Warranty on all of out products. If the product(s) you have ordered from us are damaged, defected, or don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product at no charge. Read more about it here

How long does shipping take?
For orders shipping domestically to the U.S., orders typically take about 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders take about 10-14 business days to arrive.
